The new high-speed and high-capacity EDSFF E1.S form factor features rapid NVMe interface connections and enhanced power and thermal capabilities. Supporting these SSDs enables servers to fully utilize the increasing PCIe bandwidth and number of PCIe lanes, offering elevated capacity, flexibility, and scalability while maintaining the advantages of conventional 2.5” SSDs.
